By creating an account on Xpertyy or booking a session through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Xpertyy ("we", "us") operates a marketplace connecting customers seeking consultancy services with experts and firms offering them. We facilitate discovery, scheduling, payment, and delivery of outcome packs. We do not ourselves provide consultancy services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Xpertyy operates on a single-role-per-account model at this time; each account is a customer, expert, or firm admin.
Sessions are confirmed once payment is authorized. Cancellation and refund windows are defined per service offering and visible before checkout. Rescheduling is subject to the expert’s availability.
Customers pay the posted session fee in the currency shown. Experts and firms pay a platform subscription and per-session commission per their selected plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT / sales tax unless stated.
Users agree not to post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. Xpertyy reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts for violations.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Xpertyy is not a party to the consultancy engagement between customer and expert. We do not warrant the outcomes of any session. Liability is limited to fees paid to Xpertyy in the prior 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
